Issue Return on wrong item

I was mailed item not as described, but I cannot return it or even issue a return because the button for return is greyed out when I tried to make a request. Note, I tried to do this day that I received item, after I got the confirmation that I received the item in my mail. Also within 24 hrs of receiving item.

The only solution I could think of was to email their support, however i also read that I may receive a reply within 72 hrs of messaging them, but my window for a return is only 24 hrs. What do I do then? I also tried to call, but they just said "no live support at this time" and hung up. What are my options, because the item I tried to buy was around $600. I want my money back.
