“Drop shipping”// advice?

I found out just this week what that means.
Unfortunately, I had already ordered this bundle. After a week of no responses, Mercari gave me the option to cancel last night. I decided to give it until today because these particular posters have a strong emotional connection for me.
They replied today. Haven’t answered my recent questions, and honestly wish I could just find the site they ordered it on for myself.
My question is this: how do i proceed in handling this with Mercari? I’m going to cancel, but do I also report the page? The items? Most of their shop appears to be drop shipped art prints :/
