Not letting me transfer funds

So I have about $40 I want to transfer to my card, but unfortunately it keeps saying it can't add my card because the address is incorrect. It is correct, but all I can think of is that that put # in front of my unit number and add a - with extra numbers for the zip code. It won't let me delete it. Am I doing something wrong? All my other card info is correct.

UPDATE: They got back to me and supposedly if you have an address with a unit number, apartment, that you do not use the 2nd address line. Put in on the first address line.
