I just received a hoodie I bought from a seller. It was supposed to be size M. The listing even had an image of the tag with M on it. When I received the package, the tag had L on it. I'm new to Mercari so I'm not familiar with what to do in this situation on here. I reached out to the seller asking if they sent the wrong size on accident. They asked for a photo, which I found out I cannot send. I couldn't help but feel the seller didn't believe me either and thought I was trying to scam them. I recorded the unboxing and showed the tag once I noticed in the footage so I'm trying to figure out if I got scammed and if I should try to get a refund. But why can't buyers sell photos to sellers? It'd be so much easier to clear things up with photo evidence.
