Boom, I should have landed here and vibe checked on my last account, just joined a bunch of subs that encouraged silly behaviour.

Bipolar diagnosis 4 months ago, then moved out of range but got transferred to a new location within the same trust.

No care coordinator still, I am basically having to harass and probably irritate the doctor involved because my condition requires time he doesn't have, so I'm stuck in the hospitalised-for-manic-actions, contact the recovery team, highlight hospital visit, highlight recent blood test saying lithium levels are at bottom of therapeutic range and I've had multiple manic relapses ... Cycle.

Sometimes I have to call my GP to have a go at them because they don't respond, and he is unable to modify my dosage, or even prescribe anything for my sleep and anxiety issues, until the trust finish figuring out what my med plan could be.

The best that happened is a meeting that got moved from being 10 weeks away is now 2, which means I actually get to meet doctor for the first time.

Is this how things are going across the NHS? Is the trust handling mental health in my area overstretched? It's not even like the meetings are missed, they just get booked crazy far apart, and I'm having some manic event that lasts 5 or 6 days once or twice a month. It's better than before with no lithium, but i was hoping to be a stable person that can return to work by now.
