ADHD Diagnosis as an adult

Post Body

Im 22 years old and starting to suspect that I might have ADHD, I've always been like this since growing up, I never really suspected it at first because everyone gets distracted, everyone zones out, everyone loses concentration, everyone has those days where they get lazy and bored, everyone has days when they're hyperactive, but now when i start to notice it, im always like those things EVERYDAY since probably i was a child, and now it's starting to affect me socially, academically, my self esteem and confidence, and it has gotten complicated.

So I have questions for the people with ADHD especially those who got a late diagnose. What made you think that you had ADHD? What were the signs that you noticed? What were the signs that you missed that your therapist noticed? When did it all makes sense? What finally prompted you to look into it?

Edit: Sorry if the grammar is a mess, im really not great at organizing my thoughts
