Getting my second dose tomorrow. Need some reassurance that everything will be okay (panic attacks and anxiety after my first dose)

So I'll be fully vaxxed by tomorrow and I can't help but feel extremely anxious about it. When I got my first dose around 2-3 weeks ago, my bp and hr went through the roof (160 bpm) and since then I've experienced panic attacks and constant anxiety daily. I did get medical assistance during that night of my first dose, I took my beta-blockers and I was given catapres.

And because I couldn't do anything for weeks, couldn't enjoy my food, couldn't do any work, feeling a constant dull pressure in my chest and tingling/numbing sensations throughout my body, I decided to visit a cardiologist 3 days ago. I was prescribed coralan (ivabradine) and I take it 2x daily, it's helped tremendously and I'll be getting professional help soon (cardiologist referred me to a psychiatrist). I still can't help but feel anxious that things might go wrong again tomorrow. I'm just tired of feeling extremely depressed and anxious 24/7. Has anyone gone through any similar experiences? If so how'd your second dose go?
