Helloo Im sharing this to reach out to ppl na somehow nakakarelate sa situation ko and to ppl na curious abt how pgh process works.

1year from today ive struggled with my mental health and this last week ng august ko lang nakayanan magpacheck up after attempting to go to pgh last May. From then nalaman ko diagnosis ng psych saken and he told me that i have a major depression kasi i was suicidal naden last year. Hindi ko narealize or naging aware na ganun na pala yung state ko and sadly pinili ko i deny or parang subconsciously umaayaw ako magpatreat kasi hindi ko den afford😢

PGH was such a big help for me so so much. As a student na nadelay, keeps to herself, and broke af. PGH helped me greatly in my state na nagrerecover paden. Nawala na yung breakdowns ko. Nabwasan yung suicidal thoughts and negative self talk.

Try PGH, mag register ka online and book an appointment. It may take a month pero kasi madami talaga silang patients and once youre there maasikaso ka. For first timers sa PGH, yung out patients building na need mo puntahan is katapat ng UPM at DOJ mas malapit sya if sa Padre Faura st. ka maglalakad. After that step kukuha ka ng blue card sa reception desk and then go to the third floor for to confirm your appointment sa psychiatric ward. I suggest na maaga ka pumunta kasi may waiting time din as again maraming patients pero i wait for 40mins-1hr keri naman. 1st appointment is screening so marami itatanong na qs sayo and free lang ito and i was actually relieved and overjoyed na malaman na free din yung medicine 🥹 it helped me greatly talaga kaya malaki pasasalamat ko sakanila and hope na more focus ang govt naten to hospitals like these.
