hello! sa mga people who menstruate and diagnosed with illnesses na may depression as kasama sa package (package amp hahaha), how do you guys distinguish if nasa another depressive episode kayo or talagang regla mode lang? currently ganyan kasi ako now, i am bp2 and been going through a lot of personal shit right now; tapos biglang nagkaroon pa ako. ngayon hindi ko alam kung gusto ko ba talaga to kms or lilipas din ba 'to? hshahaha di ko na alammmmm
