Hi guys! It's been a week na magkaroon ako ng migraine and ang nakakapag trigger sa kanya is pag gamit ng gadgets. Binabawasan ko naman na pag gamit pero kailangan ko din kasi talaga since sa pc ako nag rereview for exam. May times na parang gumuguhit yung kirot tapos parang affected din yung mata ko. Biogesic and vicks lang ginagamit ko. Any suggestion kung ano pa pwede gawin? Thank you!
