Itโs been three months, 2 months officially, yet I keep having relapses. I keep on dreaming, bad dreams, vivid dreams, sleep paralysis, I even burst out crying from time to time. Donโt get me wrong, I wanna be fine. Im helping myself. Lately, that certain person and situations keep on appearing on this fucking head. I cant help it. Right now, I wanna vomit ๐ท no actually, I always feel the need to vomit. Is there anything I can drink to make me stay in focus and not to think about that certain person and situation? :((
