after around several sessions with my therapist this year, I cried in therapy while explaining an event pero ayun vinalidate ako ng therapist ko na its okay to cry do not hold back. Ako kasi yung type ng tao na I suppress my feelings o kaya kapag nagsasabi ako ng problema di ako naiiyak din. Then after that session nagoverthink ako na baka nagoovershare ako pero it helped me have a breakthrough and gusto ko ilabas na lahat ito but there is so much I can do
