First ever post :// I ordered the small saalt disc a while ago and it honestly worked great for preventing blood from reaching the vulva. The problem is that blood was collecting on the bottom of the disc as well. Ive heard this is an issue with placement, but even after looking at diagrams and reading comments, im not sure how i can fix this. On my own body, it seems like theres really only one place for the disc to go, so im not sure how i could be doing it wrong. I see people talking about making sure it’s under your cervix, but i have no idea how to tell if it is. All comments seem to kind of say the same thing and assume a certain level of understanding of the reader, but PLEASE i just need a “disc insertion for dummies,” going over even the smallest of details. I REALLY want this to work for me and i hate to feel like it’s user error
