This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time it took about 4 days before I could finally get the stupid disc out. I stopped using it for months and stuck with the cup. Fast forward to the last two cycles and I have been successfully using my disc until yesterday. I've tried everything! But I cannot feel the rim and I can't get it to budge at all. It's like it is completely suctioned to my cervix. It's the end of my cycle and I think lack of fluid has contributed to this. I have tried using lube but still no luck. Any ideas? I have tried every single suggestion on the internet and so far nothing has worked.

Edit - Day 3 and I finally did it!!! It was tucked so far up there, I felt like I was ripping my insides out.
