Hi there, I'm thinking of getting the Mirena, but I'm not sute if a disc will be an issue for this. I know cups cause suction which is why cup IUD isn't possible. So a disc IUD should be fine? As discs don't cause suction.
However it does press into my uterus a bit, especially when putting it in or taking it out I can feel it pressing into my uterus 😅 I do have a great experience with the disc and don't want to get an IUD if it's not compatible, so I am wondering if anyone here as any experience with wearing a disc while also having an IUD and wouldn't mind sharing their experience.
Thanks!
