22, I wasn’t taught a lot of hygiene essentials as I was growing up, nor was it very enforced as a kid.

Post Body

I wasn’t taught a lot of what I had to do to keep myself in good hygiene. For example I let a lot of things go, and I don’t have a lot of self confidence. I’m looking to boost it a bit by fixing my hygiene. I used to be really bad about showering, I’m trying to make a better habit of it, however I only use a shampoo and body wash, are there face wash products men use too? Are we supposed to? I don’t really have good style, so my beard care and hair trimming is mild. Trying to get better about this too. So my down there care, I was never really good about it either. I’m trimming it, just splurged and bought a wahl manscaper, because with my last trimmer I had accidentally cut myself. I’m a bigger guy so things get sweaty down there, I know this is cured by showers, and I’m trying to build this habit up better. I’m just looking for any tips and other advice from other men. Trying to pull myself out of a bad self esteem rut. Looking to take care of myself better. And overall be a pleasure to be around
