sexually Harassed by Manager at Peer to Peer counseling clinic, banned after my denial of affection

So, in 2019 I was hit on by the male manager of a support center I was going to. I'm maleand straight so I was emberessed and angry and told the guy off and left.

By January 2021 I was banned for no reason. Just juvenile reason like interrupting or calling someone's name loudly.

I protested and appealed yet never brought up the harassment and after all this metoo stuff it got me to realize it was probably due to that I was kicked out.

I was first person permanently banned for silly reasons

I've tried seeking help but don't know where to start

Any ideas or support is great
