No fade high n tight?

I want to get my head shaved bald high, on the sides and back...leaving my hair on top.
Or I thought about getting a Mohawk type cut.
My other option is to give the stylist her choice but I feel like I'd get hardly nothing but...maybe say your choice but I want something drastic?
