Estrogen Pills Not Working For My Surgical Menopause! Help Please! š„µš„µš„µ

Two years ago I had a hysterectomy and my ovaries and cervix removed due to severe endometriosis. Instead of easing into menopause, within weeks I was in full menopause. I was and still am prescribed Premarin estrogen pills to manage the symptoms.
Over the last several months the Premarin pills have been less and less effective and Iām losing it. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do or take to help? Real home or natural remedies would be nice.
