I have my first follow up next week regarding my first “round” of HRT through MIDI.
I have had some slight, (super slight) improvements, and some pretty heavy, hitting drawbacks.
I have seen some of you, ladies have recommended the testosterone. In addition, I see that some other ladies have success in adding Wellbutrin to the HRT.
I had the curious about what dose of estrogens/progesterone/testosterones/Wellbutrin? You have been on, to reach a “normalcy” in your life. I know that these hormones fluctuate all the time and what is working for one person does not work for another person, what they work for me one month may need to be alter the next month, etc. etc. But I’m just trying to get a little bit of foundation to see where I am at and where I can go from here!
My details; perimenopause started about four years ago. I’m currently 50 years old. 135 pounds, 5’3”.
My current HRT protocol is twice weekly patch. 0.0375 mg/day Estradiol. 100 mg Progestrone daily. Estrolife moisturizer on my face, Silky Peach Cream nightly inside labia. D3/ Ferretin daily at lunchtime.
