Where’d the Red Hat women go?
Post Body
In the middle of the night’s insomnia, I suddenly remembered the Red Hat Society from the late 1990s. My mom was ~50 then and had joined. I (as an oh so self-righteous teen) thought it was tacky and stupid. I now realize it was basically a support group and outreach group for menopausal women. It was right there under my nose, but went right over my head.
