We had a discussion the other week about how a certain celeb (whom I didn't even know--I don't think she's popular in the US) stays incredibly fit and beautiful at 52.
I hate to reiterate this but look--here's an article on Shania Twain, who is 57. She says here that she lives mostly on a "liquid diet" (protein shakes with greens) and that she usually eats only one meal a day. She also just announced a new Vegas residency so you girlfriend is working out hard -- those shows are very physically demanding.

OK, so hopefully this makes it clear and we all feel a bit better about ourselves. This isn't even the "easy" plastic surgery nip and tuck route (although maybe she's had some of that, too) that money can buy. Shania Twain looks amazing at 57, but she works like a BITCH for that figure.
Repeat: She doesn't eat solid food, she eats once a day, and she does this all while working out intensely to prepare for a show run in which she will be performing on stage nightly.
Menopause is a beast. Be easy on your "normal" selves.

Me neither. But for her, it’s about more than just looking good, it’s about her livelihood, and making money. Again, she is choosing to earn her money that way. I’m not 100% sure that if I had the opportunity to earn that much money, with all the support she has for that lifestyle, and looking that good, for the price of eating practically nothing and working out, I wouldn’t make the same choice.
