I have tried my best to "overcome" my insomnia and push through my moods(depression anxiety anger intrusive thoughts and exhaustion) at work but I am struggling. None of my coworkers understand and they are all female but haven't experienced menopause or just didn't have it "as bad" as me. I try my best to be a normal human but my symptoms are seeping out and I work at a library for Pete's sakes. I sense that my coworkers are finding it hard to work with me even though they know I am sick and I feel so badly that I am this way. I used to love my job but menopause has made me dread it. **I can not take antidepressants/anxiety pills or HRT. I'm experimenting with medical marijuana (indica edibles) but it's given me headaches so far. Anyways, I guess I was just wondering if anyone else had to leave their jobs because of Menopause?
