Post Body

I've been with this re-injury for about a month now. It initially happened about 6 months ago. I never went to the doctor, started doing my own PT. Knees Over Toes program and cycling and by the 3rd month I was running again. I went back to jiu jitsu after about 5 months, too soon and I further injured my knee. Got the MRI and the title gives the results. Ortho recommends no surgery and only PT for now to see how it does. I'm going to D.I.Y peptides starting sometime this week when they come in. BPC-157 and TB-500. Its cheaper than having a clinic administer them. I hear great things about them but ya never know. Here's to recovery.
