Meniscus tear? Unclear MRI finding…

Hello! Any feedback on this MRI read of the meniscus tear would be much appreciated. Doesn’t seem like it’s severe? My PT even said it may be an old injury. Not sure what to think, anyone familiar with this, please let me know!
