In June last I tore my right leg MCL playing football. I was a keen runner running 3 or more times a week. Obviously my injury put a stop to this. Over the last 3 months I've been running 3/4 miles 2/3 times a week. Starting the last month I started a training plan to start training for a marathon, that doesn't increase the load by a lot. Today I started my run and pretty much instantly my right leg went totally numb and I couldn't carry on after a mile as the pain was too much. Has anyone had this issue before and could maybe advise?
