After Covid I got a slight fullness in one ear with light tinnitus and dizziness (rocking boat feeling). The fullness went away after a few weeks but tinnitus and dizziness stayed. 6 months on no real change. Today fullness came onto my other ear. Little bit worried. No hearing loss, done a test every month and it’s fine. My hearing has actually been super sensitive if anything. No vertigo spinning attacks either… thank you
