Hello! I just recently was able to get part of my diagnosis after 2 years of not knowing what was going on, I’m only 24 and I struggle daily to do the simplest of tasks I was told by the specialist I have Ménière’s and something else too because my pituitary gland is enlarged and we’re not sure if it has been enlarging more so I have to go get another mri for that but I was wondering how people cope with doing the minimal tasks with this between having this and my MDD I struggle hard daily any advice would be appreciated
