All of this has just really made me feel so bad for the boys and so hopeless. Is there absolutely anything we can do to help get them a retrial? Anything at all? I know Leslie said there isn’t but that just doesn’t seem… right. Idk. This is haunting me. Not just their lives spent behind bars, seeing recent photos and realizing their lives have been spent in prison. But also them as children, wishing I could turn back time for every child that went though this. Knowing that millions of children are going through this right now. It’s already a constant sadness for me and this has really amplified it. I want to help bring change but I feel helpless.
