Is Jose Menendez Erik’s biological father?

This could be reaching, and that’s fine if so but I’ve followed this case for years, and since this case has been brought to light again i can’t help but wonder if it’s a possibility. Lyle resembles both of them but Erik looks nothing like Jose to me. Has anyone else heard of any speculations that jose may not have been Erik’s bio father? Maybe the abuse went on for so long with Erik because he felt it wasn’t that bad if he wasn’t his “biological” son??? Just a theory
