How is it okay to talk about Judalon Smyth like this? I get that to anyone following the Menendez case, she is the "enemy". But her psychologist entered into a relationship with her, allegedly abducted and raped her, and the police refused to even take her seriously (as they often do to people who allege SA & abuse). Like the way Pamela brings up the rape allegations in court is so aggressive and dismissive. She is also a real person, and treating her as a "villain" or her allegations as "comic relief" (as a juror does in the documentary and Monsters) is so dehumanising.
