Just curious about what people's gut feelings are. I often switch between being positive and thinking they'll be resentenced, to their conviction remaining due to the belief that the evidence presented is not enough (even though I think it is enough personally). But I have been a lot more positive lately. Public opinion has shifted greatly, and I know Gascón hasn't made a final decision yet, but I honestly will not be surprised at all if he decides they should be resentenced. At the same time I don't know much about law, so I'm not entirely sure about anything lol. Also, when do you think he will make his decision? I'm confused about the hearing thing.
