Watching the brothers’ old tennis coach Charles Wadlington testify for the defence and it’s so heartwarming to see how much he cared for them and how strongly he seemed to feel about standing up for them. At one point when he’s asked why he continued to coach them, he fights back tears as he says that he did so because he cared about them. Same with their teachers from PDS who smiled with pride and affection when they are asked by the attorneys if they taught Lyle Menendez/Erik Menendez. Makes me feel especially happy because this was probably in their early teenage years when things were pretty bad with their parents, so it’s nice to know they had some people who cared for them
