I’m giving up trying to argue the level of premeditation

I think I’m at a point now where I just can’t be bothered to argue the lack of premeditation in this case. Unless someone has watched the entire first trial then they’re just going to have no frame of reference for what you’re saying. It’s like trying to argue with a brick wall. There’s no point.
Anyone else feel similarly?
