I did a quick search and saw their wasn't a thread talking about community challenges. I found this surprising, as I though this game would be a great fit for it.
For example, I have a personal challenge I started yesterday, I'm calling the Bard Challenge:
Bard challenge: Defeat the Harold
Required mods: Myth Music, runeshop unlimited, Semi auto farming (this should be default in game IMO)
Game mode: Adventure
Allowed skills in any order you choose:
Melee (only potatoes, and must be defensive) Magic (you can level defense) Slayer Prayer Farming (potatoes and herbs only) Runecrafting Alt magic Herblore Summoning Astrology Music
You may purchase runes afforded by the mod. (If I could edit this mod, it would be limited to wind, mind, earth, water, fire).
Music is broken early game for gold making, but doesn't stand up against late game gold making, whitch are not accessible.
All this being said, I just thought it was a cool challange run, and felt like sharing. I think if their were ways to speed up xp gain or increase drop rates, that would also lend itself to the community aspect, as the goal would be more tenable.
Do you think community challenges would be a cool addition?
True. I haven't noticed this, and that can certainly would be a no go for some folks. Hope theirs an eventual work around. Like I've been eying the skyrim mod, but I don't want that on my main.

The pacifist monster log sounds like a slog! This game has a lot of versatility. If we saw more vertical additions in future dlc, it be fun to see what else is possible.
