It has been a long time since I started out a save in Melvor, and I am wondering what tips people have for the new game mode when it comes out.
What are some early items to shoot for? Should I ignore township until mid game or late game, or get it started as early as possible. With fishing and cooking pushed to later game, what are other good sources of food?
I used a magic and summoning setup to clear the first two dungeons easy, got a lucky break from getting some lobsters from a food box 1 (recleared the first dungeon). magic gives higher max hit than melee with the skills we have, which is why I chose it for the first two dungeons.
Currently stuck trying to clear the third, will probably need to farm food boxes from the first dungeon and really get my summons geared out

I did not. My first dungeon didn't give me anything noteworthy, I cleared Zombie boss with a lucky run in terms of his hits, but didn't have any major offensive upgrades from any skills. just used earth strike and golbin thief tabs with magic gear.
Relied heavily on occultist Minotaur summons to clear the third dungeon (my choice was spider forest) and I'm now gearing up for deep sea ship.
Haven't gotten a levelup option for crafting, smithing, mining, runecrafting, fletching, or woodcutting yet. getting hard carried by summons and the base level increases from clearing dungeons, but I think deep sea ship will be very difficult, or at least very time consuming to get enough food and summoning tabs to successfully clear.
