Long story short, be aware that the owner of that corner block is under the impression that she "owns" the beach as well.
She was furiously marching about the beach, taking photos of the fence, and maybe other things (I don't know).
I didn't approach her, but another couple commented that she was taking photos, and she yelled out "I have no interest in you". Then mumbled something else before stating that "I own this block and beach".
She comes across as a bit unhinged. Personally I think there's going to be another attempt to shut the beach down from her.
If the couple is on here, and need backup if anything happens, just gimme a word.
