Help With Removing RF Mod on VA5 Japanese Model 1

Hi Guys, I've pulled a unit I've had in the closet for a little while out to take a squizz at, and found it's a Japanese Model 1 with a VA5 motherboard, that someone did what looks to me to be a 50Hz RF Mod on. Is anyone able to confirm my theory, and give me some solid guidance on how to undo the mod/s? I've got a few pictures of the board I've snapped. https://imgur.com/a/2JSymlu
