Here I am again, making another post on Reddit looking for friends or maybe more. Haven't really had much come from these, but a small optimistic part of myself thinks maybe this time will be different.

For starters, I'm a 37 year old bigger guy from central Florida. I enjoy reading, video games, movies, music, spending time with friends and many other things. I don't really watch TV shows, but instead spend my time watching YouTube videos and streams on twitch. I'm a hard person to please in terms of the books I read. Oftentimes, a book has to catch my eye in the description for me to even want to try reading it, then if it doesn't hook me in the first 50 or so pages, I'll struggle to finish it. Not sure why exactly that is, but it's something I've always struggled with. I love a variety of genres though, everything from the Harry Potters to the Lord of the Rings to the Joe Ledger series by Jonathan Maberry. For video games, my tastes vary but there are a few games that always seem to hold my attention more than others. My main games lately have been Destiny 2, Dead By Daylight, New World, Minecraft and going through Tears of the Kingdom currently. I'm open to most games, but suck at PVP games so I tend to avoid them. I love co-op games as I'm a very social gamer. For movies, I can watch pretty much everything but generally prefer to stick to comedy and action movies. Give me a movie with Adam Sandler or Denzel Washington and I'll probably love it. My music tastes vary depending on the day, but rock tends to be my preferred genre. I do like rock, some hip hop, some R&B, some country, some pop, some edm type stuff, etc.

What am I looking for here on Reddit? Nothing specific, but I'm open to just about anything. I'd love to maybe make some friends that become daily conversation partners, find someone who I could maybe become close with who turns out to be my someone in life. Would I like to find something more and maybe find someone that accepts me for who I am and makes me think about them every day when I wake up and smile when I look at my phone and see a message or text from them? Absolutely. Realistically, I don't expect that but that small optimistic part of myself hopes it would happen so here I am. I'm open to all ages, as it's just a number to me, as long as they're 18 . Looks don't matter, personality is the most important thing because looks fade. I get it, mutual attraction is important so here is a picture of me.
