hello reddit! i am quite in my own head tonight and have absolutely whipped myself into a maelstrom of anxiety and panic. it’s 2:31AM and at this point i’d rather just reopen my computer and talk to some people than continue to lie in bed and hope my brain stops racing.

one request: please don’t provide basic, inane advice about my mental health like “just try to stay positive!”. i have a cavalcade of mental illnesses that can not be so easily solved.

also, please don’t send me any basic short messages at all really. i won’t respond to your hi’s or hello’s, so if you’re annoyed i haven’t responded and you sent something short, you’ve yourself to blame. nothing creepy or weird either please
