Battery busted or what?

So my board has an issue where it doesn’t want to turn on unless it’s plugged in. It shows full charge when on so it might not be the battery like I suspect, but the moment you remove the charger it shuts off. Any ideas what it could be, or has anyone else experienced a similar issue? I’d take a video but the board is at home and I’m at work.
