Deceased Grandmother Visited Me in Dream with Flowers

For a little context, my grandmother (my dad’s mom) passed away in March 2017 and I have never had a dream with her in it until last night. Last night was my dad’s birthday and she appeared to me in a dream wearing a purple dress and holding purple flowers upside down. She held my left hand and gave me the flowers in my right hand. She told me how proud she was of me. When I woke up I tried to search what type of flowers they were. The purple flowers she was holding and gave to me were Angel Trumpets. What does this mean? I’m usually a very emotional numb person, but I can’t shake this event.
