I'm not an enthusiast for meditation, I known it's good for me, but I don't do it enough. But when I do I often gaze at nature, looking at trees and rocks etc. Once and I noticed it more ever since, after working one day, all tired from standing 9 hours, I stood outside and gazed into some trees that were a 10/20 meters away from me and the day had little to no breeze, and as I gazed into a random spot on the trees, I saw what looked like as if they were breathing, despite not really moving, and I noticed this effect to whole looking ay the ground, where it would move around like waves. And the thought came to me was, everything is always moving. But anyways the question is, is that normal while practicing gazing?
