My meditation technique, what’s yours?

Thought i would share with you all my current technique, and encourage others to share the specifics of their technique and mental routine as well :) i have developed this kind of over time

I usually wear ear plugs, or listen to binaural beats. Usually sitting in a relax cross legged position, or sitting legs flat on the couch with back fairly straight. First i take several big deep breaths, big and slow. After this i do what i visualize as a triangle breath pattern. I breath in for 5 seconds, holds for 5 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds. I repeat this 3 times, each time imagining i am rising or falling on a side of a triangle.

After repeating 3 times i move to 6 seconds per piece and repeat that 3 times also. I do this for 7,8,9 and 10. I then work backwards, back to 5. I am usually flexible about what i do next, sometimes i observe my breath, or try to observe any energies I’m feeling, or trying to move energies around my body. Usually by this time i have a strong feeling of pressure at the very tip top of my head. Not unpleasant but an energy there.

Please share your practices , i would love to get some insight into other methods !
