Hi,
Ive been meditating for a while now and wanted to suggest a book I've been reading recently. Link at bottom. It's been good as a learning companion as the author wrote it as ideas they had from starting meditation through to reaching enlightenment/spiritual awakening. Its fun to ponder ideas they considered on their journey because they are ideas for you to consider, not answers from a book teaching you the way. They may be wrong or slightly off but working through my own journey and considering these ideas, it has felt more like genuine growth, more then study from books teaching me the way. I think we all must find our own way and sometimes in reading books I don't want to know the answer because I feel its something I should discover through practice, not through study. These ideas feel like gentle nudges in my own direction not an answer which I haven't found the question to yet. I hope others enjoy it as I am.
