I don’t really know how to explain it, but nowadays sometimes I view my body as a separate entity from myself, just like I now view my thoughts as separate from my sense of self. It’s not a bad feeling at all, though — in fact I feel more compassion towards myself because of it.
It’s just really interesting to experience because a lot of things I thought were a part of me now feel like something I coexist with. Hope this doesn’t sound too out there, I’m still trying to make sense of it myself.
