Hey, So Iam an athlete that has self doubt and talks negatively in my mind when playing and when I do a mistake, I saw that meditation was the way to go and that a lot of pro athletes are using meditation to get better and improve my mental game and my physical and in game also. I tried meditating for about 8 mins today and someone interrupted me, but I felt like the time went by really fast, I wanted to ask what should I think about when meditating to help me with the self negative talk, what should I think about to make me mentally stronger so that I can play on the next level easily becuase of meditation, can someone help me or reach out to me in DM so i can ask you a few more questions??
