Keep thinking about thinking and over analysing.

I'm just not getting any where with my practice. I can't seem to do anything right. I'm constantly analysing what I'm doing. I've tried concentrating on my breath then I've tried concentrating on my chest fallen and rising but I just lose concentration so quick. I plan on meditating for 10 minutes then fail after 4 or 5.
This just seems so difficult. Any tips please?
