I recently (re)started meditating daily - TM.
I usually pick up a frequency or a chant and try to stay for as long as I can. Usually 17 minutes.
In these three weeks Iāve found that Iāve become extremely irritable, and am quick to get disproportionally infuriated, in little to no time. Earlier while still quick tempered, the intensity used to be fractional of what I feel now.
My goal when restarting was to get calmer.
Has anyone had similar experiences, have theories or advice?
If it adds any value to the discussion, while I used to be skeptical of ārising energiesā and āuntangling emotionsā Iāve noticed that my experience is peppered with several violent jerks in my back and temple. Iād love to learn to explore those instances
