Post Body

Something slightly odd happened to me yesterday and I just want to toss it into the community and see what everyone thinks about it. First, I think I should preface that I'm a regular marijuana user and have been for the past 2 years. Most days I just take a couple puffs and that's all I really need. On special occasion, which is just a few times a year, I'll do a small-medium dose edible. Yesterday was an edible day. After an hour or so after taking the dose I felt a little tired and I decided to lay down. I think I have ADD and THC can kind of kick that into high gear sometimes so I have to practice clearing my mind. This led me to instantly start seeing colors, and I was not asleep during any part of this. The colors started as a drop then dispersed into a large pool of more colors, mostly purple and blue. It was like my mind, or something my mind was attuned with, was speaking to me without words. I paid close attention and focused on the energy but you know how stoners are, I kind of lost track of what was being said. My mother was very into this sort of thing but never needed a substance to open her mind to it and she often spoke about this "purple energy". I had zero intention of really going into a state of meditation, it just sort of happened and I decided to just go with it. That's about it really, it was kind of an enjoyable experience when I was able to really focus. I just imagined Tommy Chong being my guide and helping me keep my mind clear and it largely worked. Interested in what everyone has to say.
